After providing me a quote he returned to do the service and learned that my job was much greater than what he could have realized. It turned out that I had an infestation of bats in my attic. Kody decided the best course of action and returned three times to ensure that what he was expecting to happen was happening. He sealed the holes around the roof line. He put three cones on the house to remove the bats. He is truly one of the BEST technicians at Absolute Home and Pest Solutions! He’s very knowledgeable about all pest but my issue was BATS!
  He recommended that I have my attic sanitized, remove the old installation, and install new insulation, which was absolutely necessary because once the holes were sealed you could smell the urine! I’m so glad I did! Absolute used USI Installation Services, who too was fantastic! They arrived ready, equipped, and very professional! They took great care of my personal items as if they were their own! Removing my figurines to ensure they didn’t get broken and putting them back as they found them! The two gentlemen were very nice. Covered everything with plastic so dust wouldn’t get on my clothes and personal items!
  I am so glad that I used Absolute Home and Pest Solutions and if you’re having any type of pest issues, this is the company to use! I cannot recommend them enough!

The raccoon had entered in a part of the house with no access to the attic and the entrance was on a side of the house 40 feet or so off the ground. We worried that the raccoon was a female and had given birth (as had happened once before in a different part of our house).
  Enter Chris James. He assured us that he could catch our guest and laid out traps. For a week or so the traps caught two squirrels but no raccoon. Chris returned and said he'd have to change the bait. He put together some special concoction and within two days we had our raccoon.
  After a week of hearing no noises in the attic Absolute sent out a team to repair the hole on the side of our house.
  I would recommend this company. I don't know how they compare in price with other companies but they were responsive and got the job done."
